Working Wardrobes has been serving the community since 1990.

Last Thursday, May 21st, Tender Touch Ministries and Budget Mobile brought smiles to the faces of homeless veterans when they received a FREE mobile phone, and FREE service at the “Pier BBQ” Event, hosted by the VA in Long Beach, CA. See images below. Tender Touch Ministries plans on another event in the near future.
Tender Touch Ministries is partnering with Budget Mobile to provide phones to veterans in need this Thursday, May 21st at the Veterans Affairs (VA) in Long Beach, CA.
What: Veterans in need may visit the Pier Center at the V.A. to sign-up for free mobile device and plan.
When: The event takes place between 11:30am and 2pm on May 21st.
Where: Pier Center, Room # 136 at the V.A., adjacent to baseball field.

Tender Touch Ministries is please to announce partnership with OneOC. OneOC will provide volunteering, training, consulting, and business services to help expand our impact. The core of OneOC’s mission is to “help Orange County’s nonprofits become as effective and efficient as they are passionate about their missions.”
Meanwhile, Tender Touch Ministries is working to finalize a partnership with Budget Mobile to provide the needy, including veterans who are struggling, with free mobile phones, calling and texting services.

Tender Touch Ministries is pleased to announce the openARMs Program to assist Orange County Armed Services Veterans in need. This initiative will provide immediate assistance to veterans who are homeless and struggling, as well as help them locate short and long-term care that’s available from a wide network of providers. Connecting veterans to disability services, including counseling for post traumatic stress disorder, as well as resources for jobs and education are all included in the openARMs Program.
The official tagline of the program is “Embracing Our Honored Heroes In Need.” This specifically speaks to the tragic reality that many veterans come home from war post 9/11 with nowhere to go. Tender Touch Ministries is reaching out to these veterans directly in the streets, providing “Welcome Home” Packages with necessities as well as further assistance in contacting available resources.
